Making a purchase


You can make a purchase by browsing our website and adding products to the shopping basket. You then place your order online. All good must be paid for in full before they are despatched. If you place your order online you will be transferred to a secure payment page operated by PayPal.

If you select to pay using one of our trusted partners, you will be transferred to a secure server to enter your credit/debit card details.

By Debit or Credit Card – PayPal can help you.
If you want to pay using Debit or credit Card, you Can pay without having PayPal Account.

DELIVERY and SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipping times listed on pammarugs.co.uk site are approximate and we always strive to adhere to them as closely as possible. However, due to the fact that delivery times may be effected by our manufacturers and/or shipping solutions provides, we cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive earlier or later than estimated. On rare occasions, an item may be damaged during shipment. The item will then be repaired or replaced which may also delay the delivery.

Delivery is usually made within 10 working days, however on the rare occurrence that your rug is out of stock please allow up to 28 days. Delivery will be made using our professional couriers, who will ensure that your purchase arrives with care and in a secure plastic packaging.

All deliveries will require a signature. If no one is at home then a card will be left with contact details for the courier and a response must be made within 7 days. Failure to respond to the courier’s card will result in your rug being returned to us, and an additional postage charge will be incurred.

PRODUCT IMAGES

During the photography process we make every effort to accurately reproduce the appearance of each rug we sell. We are however unable to accept responsibility for any misrepresentations colour. Variables such as photography lighting and your computer monitor settings can affect how colours are displayed.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We do our very best to ensure that the vast majority of our rugs are in stock and ready to be despatched, however occasionally we may be out of stock of a certain design / size. If this is the case we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date for your chosen rug as well as option to choose an alternative rug or get a full refund. 

RETURNS

If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 48 hours of delivery. Once we confirm acceptance of your return, you must securely package your purchase and return it at your expense within 7 working days. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the rug we will issue a refund less the delivery charges.

·        Custom made rugs cannot be returned.

·        If on arrival the packaging is damaged, please ensure that it is marked on the courier’s delivery note, as we are unable to pursue any claims against them if the delivery was marked received in good condition.

·        If a rug is returned to us used, damaged or dirty no refund will be issued. The rug will still be classed as your property and we will keep the rug at our premises for you to collect (in person or by courier) for a period of 1 month.
